The weight and the wheel diameter of freight cars

I made a relationship between the weight and the wheel diameter of freight cars on this table. Is this reasonable? The “present” consulted the AAR site, and the “1984” “Car and Locomotive Cyclopedia 1984.”

The AAR has a few more wheel size to load combinations certified:

28’‘: 263,000 lbs
30’‘: 263,000 lbs
33’': 263,000 lbs

I think that almost freight cars are equipped with 1W(one-wear) wheels. Is this correct? Does it change with the times? Is not the “nominal capacity” used now?
