The White Mountain Division
Hello John: I’ve been studying your wonderful layout design for three years now. I’ve visited the area once and am going there again over the 4th on vacation to do some investigation of the buildings which are left, sizes, locations etc. I’m going to start building my HO version next year, however I plan on building an “on-line” version of the St. J. yard, with storage yards for run through CP freights and also terminating/interchanging trains from the St. J. & L.C. I’ve been very impressed with your design as it captures exactly what is in the field. If you get this message, I’d very much like to communicate with you and see how you are coming along with your N scale version. My major question will be why or if you might model the St. J. as an on-line yard. I hope to hear from you. Thanks. Bill Huebner from Michigan.
