I don’t think she’s redecorating. We’re moving soon and I’ve been dismantleing the layout for a couple of months now. You can’t even see carpet in there!
All,
I forgot about the Timonium thing. That has it’s own thread, so how about this one is for anyone going to a different show.
Do you have any other details on the Noblesville show you’re going to? I might be interested in attending. I went to the show at the fair grounds a couple of weeks ago, but I’m always up for another.
4H Exhibition Center
Hamilton County Fairgrounds
2003 Pleasant Street, Noblesville, In
10am to 4pm, Sunday, January 29th, Auction 2 to 4 pm
$5 admission, children under 12 free.
The map they give shows it a couple hundred feet west of the intersection of 37 and Pleasant Street, south side of Pleasant Street, between a quarter and half a mile south oif where 32 crosses 37. I’m assuming they mean old 37, not 37A (Allisonville) or I-69/ new37.
I was at that show too. It was pretty good. I got an N scale Kato Mikado new for $80.00. i thought that was worth the price of admission alone.
The show in Noblesville is at the 4H fairgrounds that are right next to the WalMart on SR 37 (Hamilton County 4H Expo Center, 2003 Pleasent Street, Noblesville, IN). It’s Sunday 1/29 only, from 10am to 4pm. Admission is $5.00 and 12 and under is free w/paid adult. There will be a train show and meet with clinics, contests, layouts, and auction. There will also be a KITs program for the kids (they build a free kit and take it home). If you need more info, the flyer I have says to call Tom Cain at 317-475-7834.
No, I don’t have any affiliations with this group, I just have their flyer.
EDIT: you all beat me to it! I was typing it and got sidetracked. I came back and finished typing, posted, and saw that the question had already been answered. You guy’s are on it![8D]
You got to love it, west to east across the top of the city we have 421, 31, 431, 37A, 37, and 37/69. No wonder people are always asking me for directions at the gas station. I’m guessing the geniuses that planned that are the same ones who “planned” development in Castleton and along north Meridian.
I remember when there was an Esso station on the NW corner of Allisonville and 82nd street, and farms on the other three corners. No mall, no 465, just a quiet country road heading out of town into the really quiet areas.
