A friend has a couple of builder’s plates with no clue what RR or wheel arrangement they match. Vis:

Appreciate any help I can get.
The Railroad Museum of Pa has the records( at least most of them ) from Baldwin. Maybe they could help but I don’t know who to contact there. Good luck!
