The European crashworthiness standard EN 15227 doesn’t cover all possible accident scenarios.

As far as I can recall, EN 15277 covers approximately 90% of the accident scenarios recorded in statistics.

PS: The 2005 draft was the newest I was able to find on internet. To get the standard you need to pay even for a draft for comment.
