I tried my hand at laying some track, a building or two and took a shot at scenery in Trainz 2006’s World Creator. I set the unit into HO scale and used three squares to the foot. I laid one track and put a switch to reach the Engine Shops. Then I placed a B&O F Unit Consist in the world.

This is but a baby step to what I think will be a new railroad on the computer itself. Perhaps this would be a way to build a railroad and test it out before actually building it in the new room.

Well for starters it don’t look to bad…But I’d switch out that track for some more realistic track :slight_smile:

Hm. That track is listed as USA Wood Number one. Im buried in track… do you have a particular track you use for a Northeastern USA Track set in the late steam era?

Go to this site here http://www.hp-trainz.de/html/free_sc.html and download there MP Track Pack and MP Track Pack 2…It is a lot better and more realistic…
