I just bought an atlas turntable (HO) and I was wondering how how do I wire DCC into it or if anyone had some suggestions?
you mean you want to control it via DCC or just how to wire it into a DCC layout?
both
The newer version of the Atlas TT does not need any additional hardware to handle the reversing. It’s all built in so you shouldn’t have to worry about that with DCC.
I’ve seen some older threads here about using a DCC stationary decoder to control a TT. Try a search for the older threads.

I have an older N scale turntable that I have used on a previous HO layout. I like the smaller turntable. looks better on a smaller layout. But I understand that the newer atlas turn tables are much improved, DCC frienfly and now don’t they have some kind of belt drive for the motor. Planning on buying one of the new improved ones for the new layout but how do I know I am getting the newer version instead of a left over old version?
Any help. Thanks, DON
Don,
I wouldn’t swear to it but I think the newer model is a lighter gray color than the older dark gray version. The motor drive is a separate item. Open it up and make sure you’re getting the belt-drive version and not the old noisy gear-drive.
Walther’s has both the new style parts.

Thanks Doug!!!
