I would like to see Ohio coordinate with Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida; and study passenger train service between the Toledo area and the Jacksonville, Florida area
Seems to me the first order of business would be to have Gov. John Casich removed form office. He is the BIGGEST obstacle in the establishment of any improvement for passenger rail in your state.
I understood that the old waiting room area of Toledo Central Station was now used for meetings and events. If so, wonder if it could have been held there. It would have been an appropriate venue.
Participants might consider passenger rail (rather than bus) connections between Toledo and the Detroit area.
