I have both custom paint jobs…

Reading C424s with Bee Line logos, the real C424s didn’t have them:

And custom designs:

Modern Penn Lake System GP60:

Now adays, I try and crib from prototype schemes whenever possible. The dark blue PLS scheme is completely custom, and is the only unit so painted. The PLRY Alco units either started as D&H factory decorated units, or undec units done using mostly D&H decals.

Hey Nick, those are some neat paint schemes. Though if you m.u. several of those GP60’s they’d look like an EKG readout! [:D]

I could also include all of my steam locos and passenger equipment, and about 90% of the freight cars, too. Unfortunately, many of them didn’t came as “undecorated” originally. [;)][sigh]
