I am thinking of modelling Vancouver station having travelled from there across Canada back in February. Unfortunately as I wasn’t even interested in building a model railway at the time and had no real interest in trains I didn’t take any photos of the station. I have searched the web and found a couple of photos of the building and interior but I can’t find much of the platforms. If anyone has any photos can they please send them to me, either via posting them in this thread or emailing them to me at mark@linsell-home.freeserve.co.uk.
Thanks,
Mark.
If you have the right plug-ins for your browser, you can do a virtual tour here:

Of course, be sure to get Vancouver, BC, not Vancouver, Washington State. This will only help with the interior detailing… [;)]
The BC Archives site is full of stuff, but is a bit overwhelming. Here is a potentially useful starting point:
http://www.bcarchives.gov.bc.ca/exhibits/timemach/galler08/frames/cnr.htm
Be sure to navigate up and down from here though to see what else you can find. At the top level, you should find links to an image search engine.
Good luck!
