Behind John at about 2:00 there is a locomotive lying on its side. What happened there?
Loved to see the contrast between the ‘blank canvas’ of the empty yard and then the completed railroad
The Texas State RR recalls the by gone days of the lives of my family members in southwestern Arkansas and Texas in the early nine teen hundreds
The locomotive lying on its’ side is a whimsical scene. There’s a sign next to it pointing to the (inexpensive) engine that says “Engineer Fired”. Visitors seem to enjoy the whimsical items and so I have a number of other whimsical items on the railroad!! Best wishes John
