I just happen to live about 30 mins east of him, I might just take a short sunday drive.
Two things come to mind here: making this statement regarding the Collecting of state taxes can imply legitimacy to a seller with suspected shabby business practices and; the so called tax component of the total price paid to the seller is never passed on to, in this case, the Florida State Government.

It seems Mr. Laramee’s “fan club” is growing. I found 42 complaints against him on the Yahoo shopping site ( Complaints filed against e-clek-tech and Michael Laramee . Before I buy from ANY company or individual, I ALWAYS Google them to check for complaints/reviews.
What amazes me is that everyone is paying by check after he states that he cannot take credit cards. That would raise the “Big Red Flag” to me. If I cannot get recourse from the credit card company, I would never be able to get recourse from this individual. Sad thing is there are still many people who will be ripped off by this person before he see’s any hard time.
