Another question by the old guy.
I’m pouring W/S water and it doesn’t level out completely. This is the second layer. I’m pouring and leveling with a thin plastic strip. Pour is not very thick. Should I be pouring thicker? Anyone else have this problem? Pictures at ready.
My next pour will be W/S clear water.
Thanks [bow]

I pour in two or three different sessions letting the previous one cure for at least 24 hours. It should not feel the slightest bit tacky if a finger is touched to it in a hard-to-tell place. I do use a discardable implement to spread it, but at some point the pour has to be substantial enough that it self-levels across the entire desired surface area that should look like the final pour you have in mind.
None of my pours amount to more than about 3/32" to an 1/8" thick.

You could also watch their how to video’s They say the same as Crandell. 1/8th inch with drying between layers.

I went to the W/S web site but when I clicked on water I got grass knolls. Go figure. Anyway I know about the 1/8" thick pour and this next pour will be the third. Maybe I’m just pouring to thin. Just wondering if others have had a problem.
Thanks

PS: I just thought about the effect that the ambient temperature might have on the flow characteristic. the temp is between 65 and 68 degrees
