I was in Hagerstown, MD today, looking at WM 202. The guy there said they were restoring it to operating condition and they hope to have it done by 2012. The city of Hagerstown is paying for it, and they are going to run it on the Winchester & Western and/or Maryland Midland. In the last several weeks, they got it completely repainted and are going to test the soundness of the boiler tomorrow.
