What am I doing wrong with the forum, why can't I see the rest of this article?

I’m a new user, created a profile because I wanted to see how Mister Beasley did his Atlas Turntable Kitbash conversion back in’07, but the links I found lead to an incomplete article, unless I’m missing something like “Read More” which doesn’t seem to be anywhere? What am I doing wrong? Is there another way to access the rest of the content here: Photo Essay: Making an Atlas Deck into a True Pit turntable

First of all, welcome to the forums! As far as I can tell, its nothing you’re doing wrong, it looks like the rest of the photo essay may not have transfered over from the old forum correctly. Not sure if theres anything to be done sadly, that would be a question for forum moderators and Firecrown staff. Hopefully they can help you get the rest of MB’s tutorial, scrolling through the thread looks like it was a good one.

I think the photos are a goner, they most likely disappeared when Photobucket pulled the plug on everybody.

I will have to look up how I wrote the original thread. I probably still have the original posting somewhere. Those olden days on the Trains.com forums required a third party hosting site to post pictures. I used Trainboard’s Railimages for that. The good news is that they’re still running.

Did you take Firecrown up on the option to have your archived form content downloaded to you? If so, the text and at least the placeholders for pictures will be in there.

I would really appreciate that, and I’m sure I’m not alone!
