What is the best type of glue to use for building N-Scale structures?
Hello bburis69,
If you’re referring to plastic structures, I recommend Testors liquid cement or Tenax 7R liquid cement. Plastruct also offers a styrene-compatible plastic cement that works well.
I apply cement to the parts with a fine brush, letting the cement flow into the joint via capillary action. This minimizes the mess and get the cement where it needs to be.
Avoid the gel-like plastic cements that come in metal tubes. They’re hard to apply and don’t flow into the joint.
