A “Rolls” and a chauffer would be nice. [:)]
Offer to host a CTT Forum Week-End Convention, (provided that everyone contractually agreed to honor the “return” portion of their roundtrip ticket as specified.)
At such convention everyone would display / operate some equipment for all the kids we could find.
I’ll second this one.[:)]
Buckeye,
I didn’t know you were Italian…[swg]
i think i would continue to sell toy trains until the money ran out.
I would purchase a mint set of every train listed in my Dad’s 1948 Lionel catolog. Paying attention to the notes he wrote as a teenage boy on the pages.
Than I would have to by Mom that red and white 65 Corvette she always wanted.
Build a big enough building to house a hugh I mean really hugh lawout and have everyone on the forum led by TOM and BUCKEYE from OHIO come here to MILLERSBURG,PA and give there two cents, all expenses paid for. Have a Marvel made for youg and old to enjoy. Anytime of day or night.
Have everything under the sun so the people could run conventional as well as remote controled to get them interested in the hobbie.
Then after all was said and done give each person a starter set to begin their own journey.

Sounds good. Especially if the Yankees agreed to return home after it was over. [can’t trust them, they like to move South or West to get away from their miserable land[;)]]
All the TMCC engines I need for my layout, say 40 or 50, and maybe a couple hundred more cars.
I might also get a 1 1/2" scale engine and cars to ride.
N&W J 611 in every version it came in by every manufacturer. DD40s, SD40-2s (my favorite) and about 500 PS-2 high sided hopper cars in CNW green, Buy or build a warehouse for a layout and attempt to break that record for the longest O gauge train ran.
As for the full size stuff I would want a real SD40-2. A Mclaren F1 roadcar, Ferrari F355 in red. And thats just for starters.
Bigboy, I would have to agree with you there. I would want some of those in my backyard too. A 355 Ferrari would not be bad at all. I would have to drive either an F430 Spider, or the Enzo. The Lamborghini Murcielago tops my list though. That or a 65 Corvette Stingray, Red with white interior and happens to have a 427.
Oh, I wouldn’t bother building the track in my yard, even though I have a couple of acres. There is a great club about 7 miles from here that has 11 acres. With that kind of money, one could afford to buy a truck and trailer to haul it to other clubs around the country. Now that would be the way to spend a summer.
I also like the idea of bringing everyone here for a visit.[8D]
Well, I don’t know about any of you, but I for one did not win. It was worth the $$ just to sit and day dream.

I think the question for me is “What wouldn’t I buy”!
That is a good question. Hard to see what I would not buy.
I’d buy up every existing Marx #333 locomotive and then destroy all of them except one - thus making the lone survivor the rarest train in the collector world. [:D]
Screw the model, I’d buy some real trains.
I would purchase the troubled Chama line. I would then donate all of my toy trains to needy children. Then, I would instate gambling excursions on the trains, and with additional funds, would extend the line to Farmington and eventually down to Mexico City, way.
If I won the lotto, I would take all the money and buy 1/2 of Big Boys collection…Tim

LOL!
