Why are half of the members represented by a gray/black silouette?
What the hay is the green bar under the pics? Our IQ’s[%-)]

I see a spell check - but can’t get it to load - anyone with the same problems?[|(]
An uneducated guess to your questions…
1.) The silhouette means the user hasn’t uploaded an avatar.
2.) If you put your cursor on the green bar, you’ll see it shows your post ranking.
3.) Change always occurs.
4.) Spellcheck - it is a link to an Internet Explorer Spellcheck that you can download and install on your PC. I hope everybody learns how to use it!
