Wheeling & Lake Erie Flat Cars

I would like to know if the Original WHEELING & LAKE ERIE railroad had flat cars similar to the TICHY HO 40’ cars. I would also like to know what number series they come in if they had these cars. I plan to use this car in my NORFOLK SOUTHERN fallen flags train. David Briel
