Where to get O SCALE Interurban Parts?

I think, because I’m taking a scale approach to this(not 3 rail) this forum may be appropriate…

So lately I’ve been seriously considering scratchbuilding an interurban, but this leaves a few dilemas… Where to find trucks, and where find details, such as headlamps, and panto’s. I need to finish a couple models for some friends first. But after that I’d like to get a start on this. Your help is much appreciated!
