Which sound decoder should I go for?

I have two locos to be upgraded for sound.
1 x Bachmann GP-9 (DCC fited by manufacturer)
1 x Walthers Amtrack737 SW-1 (DCC ready with a TCS decoder fitted after purchase).
My local DCC guru (Coastal DCC in Ipswich, UK) gives me the following suggestions:
You could go for the SoundTraxx Econami or the Full SoundTraxx, ESU LokSound direct is dearer but we could probably fit the standard at at a better price, for those you would also require extra for fitting and the speaker.
For the Walthers SW1, you would be looking at either of the above for the Soundtraxx, or a LokSound micro, again looking at extra for the speakers and fitting.
So, Soundtraxx Econami, Soundtrax standard or Loksound micro?
Any thoughts please

Darn pesky exchange rates - Loksounds tend to be cheaper here in the US. Loksound offers superior motor control, and much better horn sounds, if not the whole thing. ESU also has a lot of brand new recordings of various US prototype locos. Select Micro is quite a small decoder and does not have any heat issues.
