Who had Phase 3 GP9's with 48" fans and roof top air tanks?

Cant seem to find the prototype for a N scale brass engine I picked up, its a Phase 3 GP9 high hood with the roof top(torpedo)tanks and 48" radiator fans. While it nicely painted in simplified B&O, there is no road number. Been searching google images, but many shots back then were at low angles so the fans are hard to see. The ones I do find, on most any roads torpedo boat GP9 are twin 36" fans and not the late 48" style. Box says is a GP9 passenger unit and not a GP18. Anybody know who had this style of fans on thier torpedo boats?

Thanks Mike

The only ones I can find with a photo verification are GTW #4930-4933.

Add Central Vermont 4928-4929.

The CV units are of interest. I am originaly from the New Hampshire/Maine area, my birth family still lives in the Stowe, Maine area. Looks like a winterization hatch, pilot plow, Nathan M3 horn and the long hood high mount bell is needed. Have to get price from a painter to strip and redetail/repaint the unit. Thanks guys. Mike
