Who is going to the National Train Show in Novi, MI?

It’s that time of the year and I’m wondering how many folks are going to the train show, or going to the convention and the train show.

I hear it’s supposed to be an area that has a lot of local model railroaders, so I’m hoping the train show will be a good one.

I looked over their agenda for the NMRA convention and it sounds packed with interesting clinics, layout tours, etc. However, I am going to the NRHS annual convention the same week in Lansing, a little to far to bounce back and forth. I wonder why the two railfan organizations both scheduled for the same week?
