What topic? Some of us have been away for the weekend?

There was one that managed to touch on just about all of the usual taboo topics that was deleted last week. Might have been related if that wasn’t it.

It was a topic about BNSF chaseing someone off from Devore, and how the officer claimed bnsf owns the land 100’ out from the tracks.

It was just deleted this morning, I didn’t see any reason why. I don’t know if Bergie did it but he was on here when it dissapeared.[%-)]

Maybe BNSf Police showed up at his office, claiming their ROW extended to under his desk?

I got to wonder about all this police harrasment stuff myself. I have encounters from time to time as I always have, way before 911. And the worst incident involved a wannabe security guard (that backed off as soon as I started to ask questions about his supervisor). In all those times I’ve only been asked to move on a couple of times and both times I was on rr property (although I didn’t know it). I’m not the best at being a people person but I am not rude and treat cops like I would want to be treated and things always go smoothly. Mabee it’s just luck but with all the encounters I’ve had with no negative outcome I have to ask what’s really going on here. Why is it that so many seem to be having problems lately?

I thought it might have been the topic with my little typing lesson [:0], but its still there [;)]

I posted to it no more then 2-3 hours ago. Odd, seemed like it was staying well within the limites, no shackle comments, yelling and such. I actually thought it was okay, except it did touch on the London bombings and terrorist.

Are there some areas that are taboo to bring up?

Since UP runs through Devore,maybe someone was afraid they would start charging $$$ for fans to watch and photograph thier trains running through[:(!]!
