Are we that absorbed in our hobby that the only thing we care about when a finger of god comes out of the sky is whether or not we get to see a choo-choo later on?
I would have to believe that the engineers that have to operate trains over tracks in the affected areas might care, particularly if there is the possibility that track damage may have occured.
In another thread, we learned what procedures were for checking tracks after an earthquake. Why shouldn’t we now learn if procedures are different following a tornado?
Yes, it is tragic that people died - particularly the school kids - but life does go on. So the question is, what comes next?
