I am new to the site and am making my first post. (to get approved)
I am currently modeling an 8’x8’ with a 5’x4’ L attached.
Soon I will be adding a 25’ run down the wall to the other side of the basement and putting an undecided sized town area.
Also on the other side also will be an HO layout one of these years.
And an expansion of my 3’x4’ N layout.

Since you have an interest in multiple scales, would you consider bringing them together on one layout? I’ve always been interested in pikes where people try this. Obviously, forced perspective would be the rule of thumb.
