MEK substitute...for MEK?

I use Methyl Ethyl Ketone for “welding” styrene together. I noticed it is getting hard to find it, the home centers now sell “MEK substitute”. Does this also weld styrene together? Acetone can, but it dries too quickly.

Yes, it works as well as MEK.
