I don’t think I have seen a ‘News’ item, that communicated so little information about he death of a employee.

Yesterday afternoon, 12/14/19, the Wood County Sheriffs Office responded to a CSX train derailment in the area of the Chemours plant in Washington, WV. Unfortunately, the accident resulted in the death of a CSX employee. The incident is being investigated by CSX, NTSB and other federal agencies. The WCSD, Washington Bottom VFD, Camden Clark Ambulance, Wood County Coroners Office and members of the plant security team were the initial first responders. Prayers and condolences for the victim and his family, as well as his CSX family.
