OH MY well this is very interesting. I’ve never seen a locomotive hang off the side of a mountain, like this. I do wonder what caused the rock slide. I guess CN might consider putting up barriers for rock slide reasons.

CP built through the Thompson Canyon first, and took the good side. About all CN can do there is put in more slide detector fencing.

On the other forum, someone asked how they (CN) plan to retrieve the fallen locomotive. Good question. How do you go about doing just that?[?]
