Nice slow action and great sound.
Looks like a great locomotive - I hope it will come in SP eventually.
I love the slow speed into the coupling… The sound is outstanding.
Nice little engine with great sounds.
The sound is awesome! As a former DM&E conductor and haven worked off 1463 it brings back great memories!
models have come a long way, but coupler size and the distances between pieces of equipment still bother me. i see the real thing everyday at work and when i see a model train that has about 15 scale feet when coupled up it is just distracting from the over all believability.
I’ve had two of the earlier releases of the GP-9 and was quite pleased with the sound quality and detail. The only concern I’ve had is the lack of a signal light on units for roads such as CB&Q and SP where they were quite prevalent.
I Got mine recently. The horn is amazing. In fact all the sounds are fantastic.
very nice, i love GP9s my favorite style train.
Great speed and sound!
Very nice sound, good motion and realism.
Looks great, sounds great, seems to run good as well. Waiting for model to come in WP silver/orange.
Looks, sounds and runs like the real one. I cannot wait for it to come to my local hobby shop in Santa Fe zebra stripe scheme. It should also come out in LIRR, Conrail, CSX and Amtrak Colors. Adding working windshield wipers and live steam for the diesel generator would be nice.
Brett B. Space between equipment/freight is larger, as the prototype coupler’s/pockets are designed that way. Might have been an old GP9(1954-1959),in the video, but the three boxcars certainly appear as the present-time modern equipment. Nice P2K loco, & sound.
Great sounds and loco control. Wish I could make my N scale operation run like that!
Great. Thanks for the video. I also appreciate the fact that MR provides extras like this for subscribers. Good move! AJM
Now if it only came in a C & O paint scheme!
I got them, I like them, I want more!
Great product! I would like it in Santa fe zebra stripe.
