Man I really do like that , love the idea of going up think its a great , I would of never thought of it.
It just keeps going and going, very impressive. Now the next important question is how high are the ceilings in your spare bedroom?
Looks great and really interesting. I’ve had some challenges in that my train room has three doorways that pass into other rooms, so they can’t be blocked.
Thanks ! I have been stockpiling 0 gauge track with no plan until this just came to me one day . I have also been stockpiling Flyer tracks, maybe the next phase !

My train room is small. the amount of trains I have is way too much…
Necessity; the Mother of Invention…

These are the challenges that makes each train room unique. I have a closet door in the back corner of the room, and it requires frequent access. I am just happy to have a Train room, and I’ll make the most of it somehow…Of course there will be some trade offs.

This 2 foot extension took almost all day. Aligning and checking clearances. Slow and very careful work….

Keep it coming, Foreman, loving it.

Looking good ,looking good keep it up Foreman!!
I love that series of Lionel passenger cars. They are my favorites! I have the green postwar ones and the blue and also brown prewar. They are a great size for a smaller layout like mine.
I always liked the blue ones.
Thanks all! I like those cars too.
I have crossed over. Both trains were at the same level just a few feet back. The Lionel train was landlocked on a circle of 0-27 track. The circle is still there, 3/4 of it, but the ends vere off and climb. It will turn into a very healthy run.

these photos are great please keep them coming Paul.
You’re killing us, Foreman. Great stuff.

Incredible stuff. All I am left wanting for is a video of this magnificent room, LOL!
I second the request for a video!
NOW that’s a great idea video!!
I’ve been working hard on this all week, taking a break today.
I don’t have a you tube account, I’m more of a still photo guy.
Paul
no problem enjoy your day off.
Fair enough, it was worth an ask! If you do ever get around to making a video, we would all love to see it, but your pictures are plenty to enjoy!
