The Flyover. More tracks in the Train Room

I will second that!

A video?

We are not worthy!

But please make a video anyhow.

Here’s today’s progress. Continued along the front. Still debating the best route to connect to the other end of the loop.

Here’s today’s extension. I decided on a route along the backside to come around and connect with the other end of the loop.

More great photos.

I cannot recall, but have you posted a track plan for your layout?

Rich

Verry nice keep them coming.

Rich,
I don’t have a track plan. I just fit tracks in where they seem like they should go…
Very low tech, but it works for me.

A lot of structures have been displaced with construction, and will be relocated. When I get it all cleaned up, I’ll see if I can figure out how to put up a video.

Awesome! No rush, we’re just loving what youre doing!

Ahh, thanks for that reply, Paul. That is pretty much the way that I operate when I set up my American Flyer stuff.

Track plan? We don’t need no stinkin’ track plan.

Rich

Here’s today’s hard fought extension. Progress is slow, but only about 6 feet from closing the gap. BTW, I need to take a break for a few, back next week. I am rearranging scenery elements, as seen in the pictures.

Looking good as usual. Don’t take a break yet, not with only 6 feet to go. Finish it and then relax.

I worked out the track plan for the return loop! Now I just have to buy the materials and build the track support structure. I’ll have time starting next week.

I have closed the gap. The train can now make the entire circuit. Still plenty of work, but should finish it all this month.
