Great N train set. I recently bought one of the GG1s and it runs like a charm. Can’t wait to get it running with a full load on my layout which is now under construction.
Wow! GG1 looks awesome! The E8’s do an awesome job too - I have an original set for my Pennsy trains. Are there ANY plans for KATO (or any other manufacturer) to produce a K4? The MINITRIX ones were great, but hard to find now.
Hey BROADWAY - how about a T1 Duplex in N Scale!?! Maybe even a NYC Niagara or a Mohawk in N?!?

Great Locos. I have 3 so far.also using the mechanism to power Milw "little Joes and my GN W1you have to add 1 extra axle to the power trucks though. I Hope Kato make more Heavy Electric. The Pantographs are a great improvement over they’re japanesse models. They could be a little stiffer I think. I hope to make a P5a out of one of my old trix GG1 shells.
The N scale kato GG1 and passenger set is very nice I’m going to place an order for that set, the locomotive, and the decoder that fits it in a few days. It will look nice running on my 30"x50" N scale layout here at home.
I wish the GG-1 was in focus, and why wasn’t one it’s pantographs raised?
I have the set and it is great, smooth, quiet and it will pull the 15 car set with no problems. Thanks for the video Dana and keep up the good work.
