What do you use to check the forums?

Hey All, I’m wondering what device(s) you use to check the forum and why?

I use an iPhone 16, iPhone 5s, iPhone 12 Mini, Windows 11 PC, ChromeBook, MacBook Air M1, and iPad Air (7th Gen) to check the forums, I use whatever I can and what’s on hand and I sometimes I’ll open the forum on 2-3 devices and read different topics simultaneously :smiley:

I use a Lenovo Ideapad laptop with Windows 11. It replaced my old laptop, which had several missing keys (thanks, Emmie :cat_with_wry_smile:), part-time Bluetooth, and a fan that was louder than a Dash 9–amongst other problems. That one was also a Lenovo, about 7 years old. The new one is a dark shade of blue that reminds me of the PRR’s almost-black Brunswick Green.

I like the Brunswick Green from PRR its nice, and wow louder than a GE Dash-9 is crazy I’m surprised its not louder that the EMD F40PH since they are ‘Screamers’ or the GE Genesis Series since they are also loud :laughing:

I suppose, though there might be a hint of hyperbole in my declaration of its noise level…

Yeah I know what you meant by that, My PlayStation 4 Slim is louder than a F40PHM-3 at notch 8, I’ve gotten rid of it since but it used to check the Forum on it before I signed up :sweat_smile:

I usually use my think pad. I’m not sure of the specs as it was one my employer was discarding. So, I got it and put a new hard drive in it. I also use my Samsung S23 Ultra to read and post on the forums.

To find the specs of your Lenovo ThinkPad they will either be in

Windows 10:
Start Button/Windows Button> Settings> System> About

Windows 11:
Start Button/Windows Button> Settings> System> About this PC

Your S23 Ultra is likely running Android 15

I use a several-years-old HP laptop running Windows 11 and connected to an extra monitor. I do not have a smartphone and would not use one for this task if I had it.

Use my W10 Desktop and W10 Laptop depending if I am at home or traveling. I don’t attempt to use my phone to access forum sites.

I use my Dell G7 with W10 and Firefox to read forums.

I use my Dell laptop that I recently upgraded to W11. The only time I check the forum on my phone is if I get an email that says that I had a reply to something I wrote.

I use my I pad 10. I have it with me most of the time.
