My friend (who, if you recall, I worked with in Nov. 2014 to get a Polar Express setup for his tree) wants to create an elevated setup over the corner of his basement where he has his office. I know I’ve seen items that have been used to hang from beams and support the elevated track platform, but I’ll be damned if I can remember where. So if anyone knows, or if anyone has suggestions, please let me know.
There are a few commercial outfits that produce wall/ceiling mount systems.
I would try a slightly different angle and use the same hardware for hanging drop ceilings. I would construct (or buy) catenary poles to “mask” the hanging wires. And being from Jersey, I’m sure yuz guyz have some favorite Pennsy spots to recreate.
