Sunday Photo fun 01/14/07

Here is the next generation of Toy Train lovers

And the Diner

Before:

During:

After:

In other news, the Lionel Trains factory was robbed today - literally:

It’s back. with a little landscaping underway:

I’m glad the fun in starting early today.

Great pictures of the kids! My 2-year old loves flashlights too! Looks like your into trains AND hot rods! Another great past time for kids!

Frank…Speachless…layout looks great! I wouldn’t worry about your sister’s approval, unless you tell her she can’t run the trains until the landscaping is done. You did build this to run two trains at once…right? [;)]

Kurt

I picked up four items for almost nothing, with a little elbow grease and a trip to my Lionel parts guy, I was able to get them working and on the layout, they are the rotating beacon, crossing gate w/flashers, the crossing signal with lights, and the RR crossing sign…Sorry for the photo mistakes, I’m still learning…tom

Phish - that’s an ornery looking bunch there. Cute, but ornery loooking.[:D]

Frank53 - Nice pic of the loading dock with steam. Like that cribbing. Just watch that first step it’s a d

Here are some pics of an 1886 Benz power wagon. It fit’s right at home on my layout!

NICE PICS GIZ,

Heres my new OLD MILWAUKEE car,

And layout update…

This is the neon sign wife got me for Bday…

Some photos of the Lionel Lines Berk in action:

Highball!

Waiting for the track to clear:

A little bit of old time flavor:

Uh oh, someone missed the signal:

Luther

Inspection of the newly completed track of the NS Roseyville Div by the big wheels riding in NW passenger cars. [you will notice Lionels smoke too with a little work on the units]

Coming out of the tunnel

Going into the other tunnel.

Engine making first test run on both loops.

Now the coal and grain rolls and business is going strong.

Post Wars seem to past all the time going in opposite driections.

Now to build some storage to get the clutter of engiens off of the benchwork.

Great photo’s again today! Didn’t have time for the shed railway today… friend needed help on the new staircase…

@spankybird, didn’t know that Mercedes had a car capable of running without a driver back in 1880[:D]

Great pics guys - love those 2 level layouts and retaining walls, Tom’s always got something new going on, kids Love Toy Trains, and Chief has some great stuff with Loooooong runs (looks like from the other post). Laz - let’s see your logging operation – love the neon signage! Everybody - just great as usual!

Future home of a layout:

Current favorite car:

Dann - never under estimate those German’s, they are a tricky bunch!

Nice Photo’s all. Sturgeon- Those kids sure do enjoy your trains. Nice to see their picures. Daan- Here in the States with the way some folks drive, you would think the Car’s were Driverless with some of the accident’s that happen[:O] Take Care all.

Well, the folks in Flat Earth Peidmont finally broke down and purchased some cars…

Chris

Hi Luther,

Who made the mainline signal? I received a Lionel ‘Mainline’ mainline/branch signal for Chistmas, and both lights change either green or red. I like the like the Lionel signal, but will rewire to accommodate the main line and branch signalling.

Kurt

Great photos everyone,
